
As FMOP continues to grow its community and activities across the facilities management sector, we would also like to clarify how membership activation takes place within the organization.
An Interim Member refers to an applicant who has successfully completed the membership application and evaluation process through our membership page but has not yet undergone formal induction into FMOP. Interim Members are already recognized within the FMOP network and may participate in selected activities and programs. Applicants who have received the Official FMOP Welcome Email are considered active Interim Members.
Official Membership, however, is only conferred upon formal induction into the organization. This induction takes place during official FMOP events that include a Member Induction Segment.
For 2026, the official membership induction will take place during the National FM Summit (NFMS) 2026 and FMOP Awards Night 2026 on October 15, 2026 at Space at One Ayala, Makati City. As FMOP’s flagship annual gathering, the event will bring together facility managers, property and building leaders, engineering and operations professionals, and industry stakeholders from across the Philippines.
Attendance at the National FM Summit 2026 is therefore tied to activation of Official Membership, as the event will include the organization’s formal Member Induction Segment for active Interim Members.
Upon induction, Official Members will receive activation of their one-year FMOP membership privileges, including access to complimentary and discounted events, discounted training programs, official membership ID, and access to members-only activities, networking opportunities, and future FMOP initiatives.
