FMOP Awards 2026: Mary France Llorin Receives Women in FM Recognition Award

FMOP recognizes Mary France Llorin as the recipient of the Women in FM Recognition Award at the FMOP Awards Night 2026.

Ms. Llorin began her career with Ayala Property Management Corporation in 2016 as a Testing and Commissioning Engineer. Over the following decade, she progressed through several engineering and operational leadership roles and currently serves as Senior Engineering Manager at Ayala Malls Arca South.

Her professional experience includes managing engineering operations across 29 properties and overseeing the technical start-up of major developments.

Beyond operational responsibilities, Ms. Llorin has contributed to the professional development of engineering personnel. Thirteen engineers from teams under her leadership have advanced from outsourced positions into regular employment.

The Women in FM Recognition Award recognizes women who demonstrate leadership, professional achievement, and contributions to the development of others in facilities management.
