FMOP Awards 2026: Ayala Property Management Corporation Named FM Organization of the Year

FMOP recognizes Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) as the recipient of the FM Organization of the Year award at the FMOP Awards Night 2026. The award was received by Mike Magpusao, Chief Operating Officer of APMC, on behalf of the organization.

With 50 years of experience in property management, APMC oversees more than 280 properties across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The organization maintains four ISO certifications and operates a 24-hour national operations center to support facilities management across its portfolio.

APMC has also demonstrated measurable results in service delivery, achieving a customer satisfaction rating of 93.06 percent based on an independent survey involving more than 6,000 respondents. In addition, 13 managed properties received recognition for accessibility for persons with disabilities.

The FM Organization of the Year award recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in operations, service delivery, leadership, and the management of facilities and assets.
