FMOP Launches HK Supervisory Training Pilot

Developing strong frontline supervisors is critical to delivering consistent, high-quality housekeeping and soft services operations across facilities.

With this in mind, we have launched the FMOP Housekeeping (HK) Supervisory Training Pilot Session, with strong participation and positive engagement from HK supervisors from FMOP member companies.

Aligned with an international HK framework, the program is designed to build frontline leadership and support the professionalization of HK practices. The training equips supervisors with standards-based operational skills applicable to day-to-day HK operations, with emphasis on consistency, compliance, and service quality.

The HK Supervisory Training Program reflects FMOP’s role in providing structured, standards-aligned learning pathways for supervisory-level practitioners within the facilities management sector.
