FMOP Awards 2026: Ayala Property Management Corporation Recognized as Sustainability Champion of the Year

FMOP recognizes Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) as the recipient of the Sustainability Champion of the Year award at the FMOP Awards Night 2026. The award was received by Tony Martin, President of APMC, on behalf of the organization.

Managing a portfolio of more than 280 properties, APMC has implemented sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resource management.

Through these initiatives, APMC has achieved energy intensity levels approximately 40 to 50 percent better than international benchmarks for comparable buildings. Applicable commercial properties and district cooling plants have also transitioned to renewable electricity, contributing to the avoidance of more than 16,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions.

The Sustainability Champion of the Year award recognizes measurable environmental achievements and leadership in promoting sustainable facilities management practices.
