FMOP Awards 2026: Tony Martin Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

FMOP recognizes Tony Martin, President of Ayala Property Management Corporation, as the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest recognition presented at the FMOP Awards Night 2026.

With 25 years of experience in facilities management, Martin has held leadership positions across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and the Philippines.

His career includes serving as Chief Executive of Al Bonian Facilities Management in Dubai, where he led organizational growth and development. His contributions to the profession have also earned him international recognition, including FM Personality of the Year in 2022.

Since assuming the presidency of Ayala Property Management Corporation in 2024, Martin has continued to advance professional and technical capabilities, including the establishment of the Centre of Engineering Excellence.

He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes individuals whose sustained leadership, professional achievements, and contributions have helped shape the facilities management profession over the course of their careers.
